Are you a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional? Our client in the construction industry is seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager & Personal Assistant to support there MD and dynamic team.

In this role, you'll play an integral part in supporting a Managing Director while providing ad hoc administrative, executive assistance, and Personal Assistant duties to the team.


Tasks include:

  • Managing the MD's calendar and appointments
  • Serving as a point of contact for key clients and associates
  • Coordinating meetings for the MD and project team
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Creating, modifying, and proofreading documents
  • Managing office supplies and organisation
  • Coordinating corporate events and supporting resourcing efforts
  • Assisting with marketing collateral and social media updates
  • Supporting tender preparation and submission documentation
  • Handling accountsrelated tasks and supporting internal accounts
  • Providing Personal Assistant support to the Managing Director, including personal appointments and arrangements
