About the role We are committed to excellence and continuous improvement, and we're seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to join our team.

The tasks will include but not limited to: Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, networks, and infrastructure.

Manage a portfolio of external IT service providers, ensuring contract deliverables, value and performance.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize technology solutions.
Monitor system performance, security, and compliance.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Budget management and cost optimization.
What you will need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in IT infrastructure management, IT Manager, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and cloud technologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Comp TIA, Cisco, MCSE, PMPm CISA) are a plus.
