The Opportunity

Reporting to the Superintendent, the Supervisor Maintenance Service is responsible for the crushing, screening and beneficiation fixed-plant equipment maintenance.

This is a FIFO role on an 8:6 roster across multiple sites.

What is required?

  • Previous leadership experience managing maintenance crews
  • A minimum 10 years relevant industry experience
  • Proven knowledge and experience of crushing, screening and beneficiation plant equipment maintenance
  • Project management experience managing SMP budgets and schedules highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated high standard of safe work practices

Process Minerals International Pty Ltd (PMI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources Limited, delivers mineral processing and base metals recovery services to the international mining industry. PMI was first established as the owner and operator of the Woodie Woodie fines operation, located approximately 400 kilometres southeast of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, adjacent to Consolidated Minerals Limited's successful Woodie Woodie manganese operations.

As the only privately-owned independent producer in Australia, PMI has an annual production of 400,000 tonnes of high-grade manganese fines with a mine life exceeding 10 years. PMI produces a consistently reliable and quality assured product from a world standard, state-of-the-art process plant and haulage via an all-weather bitumen road from the plant to a load-out facility at Port Hedland. As part of a quality management system, concentrates are blended and held in PMI's storage facility in Port Hedland prior to shipment.

PMI's experienced, hands-on management team is committed to leveraging off the success of the Woodie Woodie fines operation by applying its mineral processing expertise to bring new mines into production from an existing portfolio of base metal and industrial mineral deposits in Australia and South East Asia.
