Regional Executive Officer

- Manage, develop, implement, and review effective office processes for administrative, financial, human resources, information management, records, assets, building maintenance and corporate governance in accordance with departmental procedures and policies for the Regional Office
- Provide support with the organisation and management of events, forums and workshops for the region including providing direct support to the presenter when required
- Undertake the coordination of Regional Office responses to requests/correspondence, including tracking, quality checking, meeting deadlines and record keeping ensuring requests are actioned in accordance with deadlines
- Provide administrative support for the economic development activities of the Regional Office, including support in event management, stakeholder engagement and priority projects
- Ensuring training opportunities are provided for all staff
- Supervise Program Support Officers in a teambased environment including providing on the job training
- Demonstrate commitment to the Department's core values of customers first, empower people, unleash potential, be courageous, ideas into action and collaborate
- Perform other tasks as required by the Regional Director, Manager and team members.
