Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be part of a team that works closely with our employees, management team and other important stakeholders.

You will play a key role in supporting the payroll team however may get involved in further areas of HR as needed.


In this role you need to be an excellent communicator, able to effectively work in a fast paced and dynamic environment managing multiple tasks at one time.

Ideally you will have worked in a similar environment or role previously.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operation Excellence team
  • Schedule and manage tasks for different members and stakeholders
  • Capture and distribute meeting minutes and key outputs
  • Maintain project documentation including project trackers, Gantt charts, and action registers
  • Coordinate data inputs for project reporting and key stakeholder sessions
  • Serve as a liaison and point of contact for key stakeholders, both internal and external to the business

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager role
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
  • Experience with project governance, including meeting coordination, progress reporting, and business updates
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences both internal and external
  • Experience working with Technology, Transport, and/or Warehouse teams
  • High attention to detail; able to identify risks, issues, and dependencies
