Our client

Davidson are pleased to be partnering with the largest Occupational Health Care provider in Australia in their search for a dynamic and dedicated Regional Operations Coordinator to join their Operations business unit.

About the Role:

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiencies, service excellence, growth, and financial performance for our designated clinics. You will provide leadership, support, and direction to all clinical and administrative staff, medical practitioners, and contractors, working closely with the QLD State Manager to develop strategies, drive continuous improvement, and enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operational Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to clinical and administrative staff, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company guidelines.

· Strategic Development: Assist the State Manager in developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement and profitability.

· Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and external bodies, promoting Sonic HealthPlus as the preferred provider.

· Performance Management: Foster a high-performance culture, offering coaching, feedback, and development opportunities for staff.

· Financial and Operational Efficiency: Achieve financial targets, manage budgets, and drive operational efficiencies across clinics.

About you

· Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business outcomes.

· Operational Management: Experience in managing clinical and administrative operations, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

· Customer Service: Strong focus on internal and external customer service with excellent communication skills.

· Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the tenacity to work through challenging situations.

· Time Management: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Qualifications: A minimum of three years' practice management or supervisory experience. A diploma in Business, Health Services, or Leadership is preferred.
