ABOUT THE ROLE


An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Manager to further their skills and experience by moving into the Regional Operations Coordinator (ROC) - QLD.

The role is full-time, working approximately 38 hours per week, with some flexibility in hours required.

Reporting to the QLD State Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the clinics throughout QLD by leading and managing the day-to-day operations.


This role is the first escalation point for Practice Managers (in your allocated clinics) and will assist in resolving and problem solving any standard clinical operational queries as they arise.

Further the ROC will work closely with Practice Managers, Senior Client Partner and Capability Manager to ensure that operational queries and issues are attended to quickly and efficiently, escalating to the State Manager as required to ensure continuous improvement and best practise are adhered to.


DUTIES
Your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

  • Using your experience and knowledge to act as the 'go to point' for the resolution of clinical operational matters;
  • Mentoring and supporting Practice Managers with training, on boarding and off boarding of their team
  • Liaising with the State Manager regarding any operational concerns that cannot be resolved locally
  • Ensuring the endtoend internal and external client experience is beneficial and consistent in each clinic
  • Assisting with accreditation of clinics to ensure compliance
  • Travel will be required throughout QLD
