A major organisation based in Bentley are seeking a skilled Contract Advisor to join a team ASAP

Your new company

Our client, based in Bentley, is seeking an experienced and confident Contract Advisor / Specialist to join the Corporate Services team. Initially, you will be engaged on a temporary basis working full-time hours, with the possibility of transitioning onto a permanent contract should all go well. Our client is eager to have someone start immediately after an interview.

Your new role

As the Contract Advisor / Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex contracts within the accomodation portfolio. Your duties will include:

  • Providing strategic advice around procurement and contract management processes
  • Liaising with suppliers, managing queries and contractual issues
  • Assessing supplier performance against key performance indicators, providing reports on performance as needed
  • Direct and monitor revenue activity within the area
  • Consult with leadership ground around continuous improvement and strategic alignment within the contract management function
  • Maintain a comprehensive contract management plan

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this role, you will have extensive experience within a contract management / advisory position, in addition to:

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex contracts
  • Previous experience within the resources, infrastructure, property and / or government sector
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to handle supplier and key stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • The ability to hit the ground running
