About the role:


Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with prospective and established customers within the Sydney, NSW region.

by providing outstanding customer service in line with the Powder Coatings Sales Strategy. Collaborating with the existing clients you will also be looking to further expand your portfolio.


Operating as a key business to business advisor & influencer you will have daily interactions with diverse stakeholders like Painters, Consumers, Architects, and Specifiers and Builders to generate specifications and contribute to the growth of the Dulux business.


Responsibilities

  • Have professional knowledge of the Dulux Powder Coating Range and be able to articulate the Powder Brand hierarchy and develop a basic knowledge of spray operations for Powder coatings.
  • Design, implementation, and execution of sales activities and plans.
  • Service keyaccounts developing relationships to influence and strengthen Dulux partnerships
  • New business development and account management.
  • Meet budget and KPI objectives across revenue, gross margin, product & service mix.
