Job Summary:As the Executive Director, Talent Leader for ANZ Commercial at SEE, you will align talent strategies with business goals, ensuring a workforce that meets current and future needs for organizational growth. Reporting to the VP, Head of Global Talent Programs and Business Partnership with guidance from the President, APAC, you will drive People initiatives that support company strategies and values, fostering an engaged and diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with leaders to provide talent and People solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Organizational Design: Develop and implement structures that support business objectives and agility, ensuring competitive talent acquisition.
- Succession Planning: Drive talent management strategies for leadership succession, ensuring a pipeline of top talent for critical roles.
- Performance Management: Facilitate and monitor performance processes within ANZ, aligning with organizational goals for continuous improvement.
- Cultural Change Agent: Lead initiatives to embed a high-performance, growth mindset at the leadership level and foster new values and behaviors.
- Change Management: Support teams through transitions, ensuring smooth adaptation to new processes and structures.
- Employee Engagement: Utilize strategies and offerings for retention, motivation, and inclusion to support business performance.
- Develop a 3-year strategic commercial sales roadmap for ANZ aligned with APAC growth goals, focusing on leadership succession and talent integration.
- Empower teams to bring new ideas that support engagement, retention, and development for sustained commercial revenue growth.
Provide consultancy on HR strategies, advise on talent pools and organizational changes, and lead HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Develop data-driven growth plans, utilize HR metrics for organizational improvements, manage succession planning, and ensure a performance-driven culture.
- Lead and contribute to efficiency projects aimed at enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.
- HR Versatility, Business Partnering, Ability to Influence, Strategic Mindset, Critical Thinking, Problem Solver, Collaboration, Financial and Business Acumen, Data and Analytics, Results Driven.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, 10+ years in HR Business Partner role, experience in commercial sales, HR operations management, organizational design, HR analytics, and proficiency in systems.
- Proven ability to identify and retain talent, implement people programs, and drive business performance with attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to provide coaching and feedback to leadership, develop talent strategies, and contribute to business performance improvement.
