About the Role


Working within the IT WMS Support Team, your role is to provide direct operational support to our WMS and related systems.

The role will also include work on business projects that have relationships with logistic systems and WMS functions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with multiple teams such as planning, allocations, distribution centre staff and information services
  • Maintaining the WMS core & peripheral systems, in partnership with our IT and Distribution Centre Teams
  • Managing performance of WMS functions and processes
  • Contribute to authoring technical documentation and Change Management for technical related projects and tasks
  • Managing and maintaining operational issue and support task queues through a support portal
  • Be available on roster for afterhours support

Skills and Experience

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems. Manhattan SCALE experience preferred
  • Experience working in an IT Support environment onsite within a distribution centre
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Relevant IT qualifications
  • Experiencing using MS SQL in an Operational environment, including the ability to write queries
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
