We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team at Warakirri Asset Management. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining user requirements for various systems, identifying opportunities and issues where IT solutions can enhance business operations or specific team functions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct user requirements analysis through workshops, data/process analysis, and systems evaluation for diverse IT projects.
- Document requirements and data/process models for utilization by subject matter experts, architects, developers, engineers, and external service providers.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, including test script creation and test result analysis, as part of effective change management.
- Play a crucial role in system rollouts by aiding in the formulation of training plans and contributing to the development of training materials.
- A solid understanding of Information Systems principles, best practices, and emerging trends, ideally with a bachelor's degree in this or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of Business Analysis; a certificate in this field is desirable.
- Data, process, and system modelling skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of project methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and colleagues.
- Experience in an ERP implementation would be highly beneficial.
- Experience in the agriculture and/or finance space is desirable.
