About the Role


The Partner Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive the successful collaboration with our strategic partner, ANZ Bank.

Our established relationship with ANZ, Australia's largest institutional bank, means that the Cashrewards offering is embedded into the ANZ ecosystem - and we have more exciting plans to come


This is a newly created position, reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Marketing Manager, and will focus on bringing the Cashrewards proposition to life across ANZ's owned and paid channels in support of their financial wellbeing strategy.


Your Focus:

  • Work closely with the ANZ team and Cashrewards team to plan, execute and optimise joint marketing initiatives within both the ANZ and Cashrewards environments
  • Work closely with our Client Services and Sales teams to help promote key brand partners across ANZ channels
  • Representative for marketing across product GTMs
  • Work closely with the Cashrewards marketing teams including Brand, CRM and Growth to execute campaigns
  • Manage signoffs of brand, digital assets and keeping records of all relevant merchant proof of placements
  • Adhoc raising/management and completion of Jira tickets and Asana tasks as and when required
  • Participation in team brainstorming sessions, giving you the opportunity to showcase your ideas and research on new marketing and digital trends

About You:

  • Well developed experience in marketing delivering integrated B2C campaigns including paid, earned and owned media channels
  • Experience working in or with financial institutions is desirable
  • You thrive in a fastpaced environment, a team player who loves working collaboratively and crossfunctionally
  • A digital marketer who deeply understands the 'test & learn' framework
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders across various business functions and levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and on brief
  • Strong commercial acumen with a datadriven mindset and strong analytical capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media or related
