About the Role

Epiroc is seeking a skilled Applications Specialist Coordinator to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for overseeing remote support activities, managing escalations, and optimizing support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilizing Epiroc's ticketing system to record, monitor, and analyze support requests and team performance.
  • Prioritizing and allocating resources for applications support requests, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLA timeframes.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regular customer engagement and maintaining a repository of information.
  • Developing knowledge articles and quick reference guides.
  • Implementing systems and processes to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Providing specialized training on product use, application, and maintenance.
  • Ensuring adequate resources are planned and available for supporting applications.
  • Offering leadership and support to direct reports.
Requirements
  • A strong commitment to working safely and looking after your colleagues.
  • Previous experience working with Epiroc technology products (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of mining and maintenance-related practices and procedures.
  • High-level organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer and stakeholder relation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion to continuously improve yourself, your team, and Epiroc's products.
