The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet & Maintenance Administrator in our Industrial Services Business Unit.

Based in Cameron Park, you will be responsible for managing the preventative & reactive maintenance of Veolia's mobile fleet & equipment assets across the Central and Northern Region of the NSW Industrials business.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintain accurate and current major & minor fleet list
- ensuring scheduled maintenance for all fleet & equipment is planned, executed on time & accurate data entry

  • Complete regular fleet inspection reviews to ensure all fleet and equipment are operational
  • Liaise with 3rd party maintenance suppliers and maintain working relationships.
  • Ensure accurate processing of work orders, purchase orders

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (preferable)
  • Experience in a transport or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in a fleet management role
  • Certificate III in Business/Business Admin, or equivalent work experience
