About the role
As an Information Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of all stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments of third-party online services, preparing detailed outcome reports, and providing expert support to users on digital products and services. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the safer selection and use of digital resources across our education community.

  • Conduct risk assessments of online services to ensure compliance with departmental standards and national framework criteria.
  • Prepare comprehensive outcome reports for management review.
  • Monitor support queues, prioritise tasks, and provide progress reports to the team and management.
  • Resolve support requests by investigating issues, developing appropriate responses, and maintaining accurate records in ServiceNow.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to users with varying levels of proficiency.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the department to gather information, solve problems, and prepare specialist advice.

About You
