This Italian Luxury Fashion House is the epitome of elegance; with global Maison's they are currently focused on an Australian expansion project - creating new opportunities and progression across Sydney and Melbourne.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Drive sales to hit daily store targets and KPI
  • Build, nurture and maintain a VIP database driving proactive engagement and communicating when new styles arrive in store
  • Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations
The successful talent might have a background similar to this:

  • Luxury customer service background
  • CRM and VIP building experience
  • Passionate and motivated to achieve
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in luxury fashion brand but dynamic retail experience is considered
  • Strong passion for working for a luxury brand
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated team player with an outgoing personality
  • Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
  • Able to work full time in shift hours is preferable


There are strong salary offerings available, commission, uniform, travel allowance for airport location, and a strong development plan in place for leadership profiles.
