Management - Schools (Education & Training) Tradewind are seeking a passionate and dedicated Partnerships and Pathways Coach to join a co-educational K-12 Catholic school in Marsden Park.

The role will focus on establishing and developing strategic partnerships with business, tertiary and community stakeholders to enhance the learning of students as well as coaching students in preparation for learning and work post school.

This is a Professional Officer role working Monday to Friday, 48 weeks per calendar year.

Main Duties:

Work closely with in school coaches, teachers and leaders to provide students with the opportunities to connect with tertiary organisations, businesses and other groups.

Organise events to expand opportunities for students.

Develop connections with local and global businesses toenable students to engage in meaningful internships where they can learn about the world of work from practitioners and experts in the with our students on various in-school projects.conduct presentations about their work and the employment opportunities in their field.present students with a real-world, complex problem from their field or their current work, host innovation fairs and assist with in-school entrepreneur with other CEDP Partnerships Network regarding partnership arrangements.

Establish direct entry arrangements with tertiary partners which acknowledge (other than ATAR) pathways including online folios of work, micro-credentialing and diploma courses.

Regularly communicate to students and families about the opportunities and new pathways for post school life which challenge stereotypes, both gender and socio economic.

Develop and establish a network which uses the skills and capabilities of the parent and wider community to assist in both Colleges' commitment to multiple post school pathways.


Experience and Qualifications:
Degree qualifications in a relevant discipline such as education, vocational education, business or development Demonstrated experience of building strategic partnerships Experience in a school/educational setting advantageous Working with Children Check Driver's licence Have unrestricted working rights in
