Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $101,947 to $112,849 + super
Our Water Operations Branch within the Department of Planning and Environment is currently seeking to appoint a
Compliance Officer to take part in the development of strategized audit programs and complete audits as well as other regulatory services to secure the safety of NSW Dams while identifying any potential risks to the communities of NSW.
About You
As a Compliance Officer, you will be providing a range of regulatory services to ensure Dam Safety outcomes are achieved as per the agreed standards.
You will also provide a range of audit support services as well as prepare and maintain audit and investigation documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and the achievement of audit outcomes.
You will work with a team of experienced and driven individuals who you will collaborate with to develop key projects to build dams' safety capability.

Key experience and knowledge
- Knowledge of ISO management systems for auditing
- Experience in preparing reports, briefs and/or other related papers
Essential requirements
- Willing and able to undertake Management Systems auditor training
- Intrastate travel requiring some periods of being away from home
- NSW Driver's License.
