The Role:


We are currently seeking a B2B Product Manager to work closely with the business and customers to identify and validate digital solutions that will drive customer convenience and performance within our online trade channels.


The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the business model, operations, service, and customer to turn insights into actionable development items.

The Digital Product Owner B2B will be responsible for designing and delivering the end to end digital experience for our Trade customer base including national and industrial customers.

The role focusses on the conception and prioritisation of all digital trade experiences working closely with our trade leadership group, expansive store network and our technical teams to deliver an industry leading experience.


Key Responsibility:

  • Conception and validation of digital solutions to drive customer convenience and trade workshop efficiency
  • Working with our technical teams and business stakeholders to prioritise and schedule product backlog
  • Working with our development teams to construct detailed stores and testing processes
  • Maximising our development teams through thorough planning and scheduling
  • Providing feedback and guidance to development teams on digital products
  • Work with key business stakeholders to implement and test digital products
