Job DescriptionWe are seeking a night expert who is dynamic, energetic, a people person who thrives on a busy overnight environment to join our busy Front Office Department as an overnight All Rounder. This role will include exposure to all areas of the Front Office function including reception, concierge, and switch/communications.
The role provides excellent opportunities for growth and exposure in Front Office.
In this role the overnight star will:
Provide efficient guest services including check in/out, request handling and providing hotel information Settle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurate Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety Maintain the hotels standard of professionalism Be analytical and possess an eye for detail which will help maintain the hotels standards Assist the Night Manager in a variety of check and balance procedures QualificationsEnthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role preferred Experience and exposure to Opera cloud preferred Well presented and good communication skills Flexible to work a rotation of overnight shifts Additional Information
