About the role


The role of IT Project Coordinator reports to a newly appointed Project Manager and is responsible for the inhouse coordination of planning, resourcing, communication, and delivery of a range of IT projects.

This will consider the specified cost, schedule and quality targets including identifying and reporting of project risks and opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with key stakeholders to establish project requirements and define scope and quality boundaries.
  • In conjunction with the project manager, undertake detailed planning and estimating to establish project work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets and balancing of internal resources.
  • Allocate and followup work responsibilities to staff assigned to the project in accordance with timeframes.
  • Create and distribute meeting minute and follow up action items.
  • Create and maintain accurate monitoring and reporting tools, including dashboards, to track progress against key milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to project cost and schedule commitments.
