**The**
**Role**
With a number of exciting projects in the pipeline, this role will see you involved across different stages of the project lifecycle, working within the office, construction sites and warehouse. You will deliver a variety of innovative and unique fit outs and ensuring that all client and project requirements are achieved.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Collaborate with the wider team, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and coordinate with installers
- Ability to repair a variety of products including chairs, workstations, joinery, and metal storage
- Ensure the production and delivery of high-quality projects
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures throughout the construction timeline
- Prepare project cost reports and monthly forecasting
- Coordinate and oversee the design and documentation of a variety of projects
- Provide assistance and support to senior Projects Managers when needed
- Scheduling and overseeing site inspections and installations
- Heavy lifting and manual labour where required

To be successful in this role you will have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role. Construction and manufacturing exposure will be essential, as well as hands on joinery experience and knowledge. You will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, which will assist you in developing strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will have great attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure whilst managing multiple projects.
