YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

HR Support Services

  • Manage and provide a high standard of HR administrative support services for all stages of the employment life cycle for the APAC & China regions; related to recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, reward & recognition, retention and off boarding.
  • Use your critical thinking skills to assess and report on data regarding employment relations.
  • Manage the HR administrative lifecycle of our employees by organizing and maintaining the employee files and required documentations
  • Maintain and update HR documents and multiple HR digital platforms
  • Support the HR Team and contribute to multiple HR projects and Employee activities
  • Coordinate items related to expatriates, including relocation activities, visa and work permits processes and expenses tracking
  • Coordinate items related to APAC and China HR expenses.
HR Business Partnering

  • Build and maintain strong relationships and be considered by the business as a trusted advisor
  • Use your strong influencing skills and passion for coaching to help build people capability and help solve business problems through diagnostic thinking, effective questions and creative solutions.
  • Lead the delivery of best in class employee experiences associated with the employee life cycle. This includes
participating in the recruitment process for all permanent professional team members
delivery of onboarding experience for new starter employees in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
development and execution of tailored engagement strategies
ensuring H&S principles are practiced and adhered to
manage relocation, expatriation or short-term assignment processes (offer preparation, follow up, communications, integration, etc.)
development of tailored retention strategies.

  • Manage any other HR service delivery activity that requires local presence and support.
HR Initiative management

  • Understand the business strategy and in collaboration with the HR Manager, APAC translate the business strategy into actionable and aligned people plans, programs, and tools. Partner with local business leaders and BRP Centres of Excellence to implement.
  • Maintain a strong network of internal and external partners to support the delivery of APAC and China HR initiatives.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • 3-5 years of experience as HR generalist.
  • Enjoy being hands on in supporting diverse business areas.
  • Strong ability to build relationships.
  • Self directed and solutions focused, demonstrating sound problem solving.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and geographic regions to achieve results.
  • Strong drive to successfully deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
  • Comfortable to challenge and be challenged in order to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Practiced organisational skills and ability to manage with multiple priorities.
  • Developed business acumen.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline desirable.
  • Mandarin and/or Japanese language skills highly desirable.
