International Independent Medical Examiners provide medical experts for opinions on medico-legal and insurance matters both nationally and internationally. IIME is seeking a self motivated and customer service focused Medical Services Administrator to join our team.

Enjoy the challenge of using your professional knowledge to liaise with key stake holders to provide the best medical expert for the right case. Ideal candidates must be well presented with excellent organisational, communication and administration skills.

Key responsibilities will include a range of administrative and office duties including:

  • Timely and courteous phone management
  • Accurate data processing and inputting
  • Monitoring and timely invoicing
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Timely and courteous customer assistance
  • Assist in scheduling medical appointments
  • Office coordination including procurement of office stationary and medical supplies.
  • Accurate data processing and inputting
  • Assisting in marketing and business development
  • Effective and professional communication with clients and stakeholders

To ensure success you will have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Medical or legal knowledge highly desirable
  • High level computer skills and ms office competency
  • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work
  • Accurate data processing and inputting
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent time management skills including the ability to manage numerous tasks concurrently
