The Opportunity:

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Negotiating service level agreements for support and measure and report these objectives to key stakeholders
  • Understanding and managing the business expectations and priorities
  • Working with project leads and other Digital team members to rationalise /validate needs and assure realistic targets can be met
  • Monitoring IT support performance against service level agreements and presenting associated performance report to Senior Management
  • Crisis management in times of system down times

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Around 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead a large national team effectively
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or Computer Science (advantage)
  • Vendor management specifically performance management experience
