Cinebar Rosalie Village is a restaurant-style cinema located in Paddington.

We take pride in hiring the best and are seeking an accomplished hospitality manager ready to work alongside our Cinebar head-office team.

As the Front of House Manager, you'll be responsible for the Front of House operation from the ground up, overseeing large-scale food & beverage service and taking charge of hiring, training, rostering team members and light administrative tasks.

With over 18 years' experience, Cinebar Licensed Cinemas prides ourselves on being the leader of in-cinema food and beverage hospitality and delivering an unforgettable experience for our customers.

In 2019, we transformed the Australian cinema food and beverage landscape with innovative movie themed menus and red-carpet events, now modelled throughout the industry.

The successful applicant will need:

• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience within a largescale food and beverage venue.
• Previous experience with highvolume food and beverage service, rostering, recruitment, and onboarding of new team members.
• Proven ability to meet KPI's, control costs and manage labour.
• An exceptional hospitality IQ and a strong knowledge of hospitality workflow.
• Current QLD RMLV certification or the ability to complete certification.

Key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Driving organisational goals, objectives and productive teams.
• Managing the daytoday venue operations, activities of the duty managers and frontofhouse team members.
• Hiring, interviewing and training new applicants, and team member development of all subordinates.
• Conducting performance reviews.
• Team member rostering and wage budgeting.
• Ensuring a high standard of venue cleanliness, meeting health and sanitisation compliance of the Brisbane City Council, staff & patron compliance with OLGR and relevant legislative instruments.
• Handson practical knowledge of/the ability to perform the job duties of all supervised team members.
• Clear and concise communication with frontofhouse team members during session service.
• Onthespot problemsolving and effectively providing solutions.
• Regulating all POS functionality requiring a manager's approval.
• Leading training sessions, departmental meetings, or preservice meetings.
• Operation of digital projectors.
• Optimizing customer experience and satisfaction.
• Reporting and light administrative tasks.
