Job Description

  • Identifying opportunities to expand business through mergers, partnerships, and new markets.
  • Developing accurate project bids with the help of other departments.
  • Agreeing to timescales, costs, and resources for a project.
  • Creating plans for each stage of a project.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and contractors.
  • Constantly monitoring progress, quality, and costs.
  • Reporting regularly to executives about project progress.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a commercial director or other relevant role.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
