Curious about a Marshaller's daily routine?
As part of our airside crew, you will collaborate with the Driver to accurately position catering trucks next to aircraft, with a primary focus on manual tasks like loading and unloading carts and equipment.

Here are the main responsibilities in a nutshell:

  • Guide the Driver in positioning the truck correctly according to protocols.
  • Load and unload carts, ovens, and standard units.
  • Prepare and package catering equipment.
  • Organize, pack, and verify completed in-flight and delivery items at the kitchen production unit.
  • Conduct basic maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment.
  • Carry out general cleaning duties.
  • Handle administrative tasks and reporting responsibilities.
  • Engage in professional and polite communication with all stakeholders.
  • Adhere to the Company's guidelines on HALAL, HACCP, Food Safety, and Workplace Health and Safety.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • Hold or ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card.
  • Flexibility to work around flight schedules (operations run 7 days a week).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Clean police record and criminal history check.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of handling frequent manual tasks.
