About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Delivery Driver to join our team at dnata catering. As a key member of our airside team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient loading of catering onto aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload catering, carts, and ovens from trucks and aircraft, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Vehicle Operations: Drive a short distance to the aircraft, guide the vehicle for safe approach, and position the trucks in line with company, airport, and airline policies.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with airline cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery handover.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative documentation, reporting, and general cleaning duties as required.

Requirements

  • Driver's License: Hold a valid MR or HR driver's license.
  • Manual Handling: Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work around flight schedules is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation: Neat and tidy presentation.
  • Criminal History Check: Obtain a clear National Police Check.
  • Availability: Availability to work 38 hours/week, as this role is a full-time permanent position.
