About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Delivery Driver. As a key member of our airside team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient loading of catering onto aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload catering, carts, and ovens from trucks and aircraft, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Drive a short distance to deliver catering to aircraft, adhering to company and airport policies.
- Communicate effectively with airline cabin crew to ensure seamless delivery and handover.
- Perform administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting, as required.
Requirements
- Valid MR or HR driver's license.
- Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
- Flexibility to work around flight schedules.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Neat and tidy presentation.
- Availability to work 38 hours/week.
