Health Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator

The Role:


We have an exciting opportunity for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our CCEP team at our Richlands site.

This role will primarily be responsible for supporting and coordinating Work Health & Safety requirements within manufacturing.

The Health Safety & Wellbeing team is responsible for managing safety, supporting the health and wellbeing of our people, and creating a healthy environment in which employees can perform to the best of their ability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Rollout the Health and Safety Management Framework (HSMF) ensuring ownership and awareness of the HSMF, and its importance.
  • Drive compliance in all aspects of health & safety.
  • Undertake risk assessments and develop and maintain Safe Work Procedures.
  • Rollout all health & safety policies and procedures and monitor to ensure 100% completion.
  • Participate in conducting audits and ensure audit readiness to health & safety standards throughout the manufacturing function.
  • Identify and implement targeted training programs
  • Ensure appropriate corrective actions for identified hazards or nonconformances are completed in full and on time.
  • Lead and contribute to safety related projects and provide technical safety advice where required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have commenced your safety journey having previous experience working as a safety coordinator or advisor
  • Passionate about safety and are aware of contemporary safety approaches such as HOP (Human Organisational Performance), Safety Differently
  • Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation and Regulations.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.
