THE OPPORTUNITY


The Analyst - Portfolio Governance and Monitoring is responsible for analysing and evaluating project, program and portfolio data, identifying key trends and themes, and presenting information in meaningful ways to TAFE NSW internal stakeholders.

A key aspect of the role will involve working with the project teams to improve the effective management of their projects, including supporting the use and continual improvement of project tools, and support the governance and monitoring of projects.


ABOUT YOU


As an experience Analyst with a project or portfolio management background, you will have the skills and knowledge to turn data into insights and information for internal stakeholders to enhance business outcomes.

You are an analytics thinker with the ability to identity trends, patterns and insights from data and processes.

You have the ability to influence, be creative and a strategic thinker who is a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships within internal stakeholders, being analytical, collaborating with stakeholders and taking initiative.

To be considered for the role you will have;

  • Significant experience in a project or portfolio management role within a large organization
  • Demonstrated technical skills in use and continual improvement of project management systems and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver services and advice in a project environment.
  • Strong understanding of the relationships between process components and the impact of change.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High level of written and verbal communication
