The Trybe offers a wide range of kids' branded footwear from top global and premium brands like Nike, Vans, adidas, Converse, Dr. Martens, Polo Ralph Lauren, and more. About the Role:

As an Allocation & Replenishment Analyst, your primary responsibility is to manage stock allocation to stores, ensuring accurate allocation for meeting sales targets, gross profit, and inventory efficiency. By meticulously analyzing data and making precise allocation decisions, you can significantly impact our profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate stock to stores efficiently.
  • Maintain store profiles accurately.
  • Monitor and manage store and DC receipts and deliveries.
  • Oversee warehouse stock and handle replenishment to stores.
  • Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Conduct size, store, and profile analysis.
  • Consolidate best sellers, last pairs, and fragmented lines.
  • Analyze the effects of allocation decisions and provide recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with stores and the retail team.
  • Coordinate the New Stores Stock Package.

Successful Candidates Ideally Have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail allocations.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and analytics to drive recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of merchandise inventory fundamentals.
  • Ability to think strategically and proactively.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with team members and other departments.
