Your opportunity
As a Casual Services Attendant at
Westfield Hornsby,
you'll be joining a high performing and customer-obsessed team.

Your focus is to be proactive, hands-on and dedicated to maintaining exceptional customer service to ensure our customers have a positive and memorable experience whilst visiting our Living Centres.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers consistently.
  • Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services, providing convenient solutions to customers.
  • Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment, including in the car park.
  • Traffic management by rerouting and directing vehicles during peak times, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct regular cleaning checks and patrols to ensure a tidy, welllit environment maintained at a high standard.


To be successful in these roles, it is important you feel _both_ comfortable and confident to work cross functionally throughout our Customer Experience team across all service areas (Concierge and Carpark - including providing traffic management & navigational assistance during our busy periods in the carpark).

  • Adequate flexibility and availability to work across a 7day week (Monday-Sunday) including Public Holidays is essential for these roles
  • To be considered for a Car Park position, a full drivers' licence is required to operate the Company buggy
