The client is going through an amazing growth period and as a result they have a brand new position for someone with a collections background to join their team.


Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, the Collection Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and investigating overdue accounts
  • Building relationship with customers and discussing payment options.
  • Updating status payment on the platform and reporting back to the team as required

Key Requirements:

  • Must have experience working in the education industry.
  • An interest in technology
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
