About the role:


The role of the
Lead
Campaign Ideas Manager is to enable creativity by ensuring the operations of The Studio team are as efficient as possible.

You will guide and enable creatives/Campaign Ideas Managers (CIMs) to spend more time being creative and lead the team in creating campaign solutions that drive business results.


What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement processes that increase the efficiency of the writing and producing team.
  • Lead, support, and enable a team of CIM's to ensure they are engaged with The Studio's mission and are able to perform at their best.
  • Work under the direction of the Head of Studio to establish the detail required to pitch ideas, knowing that it is important for us to be able to deliver what we pitch.
  • Ensure that there is capacity for proactivity to be generated, that is aligned to the national strategy.
  • Have key relationships with Content and Sales, ensuring their perception of Studio is one delivering desired outcomes.
  • Ensure proactive projects of Studio are being successfully implemented.
  • Invite strategy from SCIQ into the team and make sure that resource is maximised.
  • Work with the Insights Manager to produce campaignable, insightdriven solutions that deliver on the client objectives; and, in turn, drive revenue for SCA.
  • Work with Campaign Creative resources (i.e., designers, video producers, writers, commercial producers) to develop assets that enhance the pitch process or deliver materials for sold campaign ideas.

Experience we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 years media experience
  • A proven track record of delivering processes that drive efficiencies.
  • The ability to grow, coach and develop a team through authentic leadership.
