The Opportunity:

This is a new and exciting opportunity within a large Government department.

Currently standing up a new internal communications function, you will play an instrumental part in strategic communications, internal communications and internal campaign activities.


Key duties will include:

  • Develop, manage and evaluate communication products and activities
  • Draft high quality written materials, including developing and tailoring messages and information products for different audiences and channels
  • Draft, schedule, publish and monitor content
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop content for various purposes

Skills and Experience required:


To be considered for this role you must be a current Australian Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance, if not already held.

Previous APS experience in a communications function is desirable, private sector experience will be considered.
