Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities

  • This admin role involves maintaining data, efficient processing of member request (insuranceunderwriting related) from members within the timelines.
  • Providing exceptional service to our partners through completion of all work types in an administrative environment
  • Adherence to agreed service and quality standards
  • Ensuring compliance with all legislative, financial and area specific procedures to minimise any risk to the business
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries
  • Investigation and ownership of complex queries
  • Actively contributing towards continuous process improvement
  • Demonstrating drive and motivation by keeping uptodate of current industry related information and changes

Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Previous experience within a corporate or professional services environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and other software packages
  • Experience in processing high volumes of data
  • Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve desired outcomes
  • Proven ability to prioritise and time manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated positive attitude towards learning new skills
