Our Family:

  • Hi Carers Looking for a long term nanny to care for 2 children ongoing on a Monday/Wednesday initially and the ability to add a Friday by end of year. You will be caring for a bright and busy 2.5 year old little lady who loves all things creative, parks, outdoor messy play and enjoys local playgroups Libraries and is book mad Along with her baby brother who will be 7 months old at the commencement of this job. He is a happy smiley boy who also loves the outdoors, music and lots of silly face making We are a relaxed family who really just enjoy having fun there is absolutely no expectation that housework is included with this role two young children is busy enough We do have a 6 year old labradoodle who will be at the house so must be comfortable with dogs.

Your Duties:

- feeding the children pre prepared meals - setting up/packing up activities for the children - transporting and caring for children at local parks, libraries and playgroups. - putting children down for day naps

Our Perfect Caregiver:

  • We are looking for someone with a genuine love for little people who can be available and reliable for us long term (ideally until our little ones are at school). We are looking for someone who is also capable and confident to take the children out and about to local playgroups, parks and libraries in our vehicle (4wD) or yours.

Must have:
Blue Card CPR/first aid Driving license and own vehicle Prior experience/references with this age group Comfortable with infant toddler sleep/ self settling practices Comfortable that mum works from home whilst you have the children in your care - happy to stay out of the way and work as a team to care for the children as needed throughout the day :)

Note:
this position would like be an 8-4pm day or thereabouts but also would require the occasional 6am start when/if mum needs to travel interstate, would also love someone who would be open to the occasional weekend evening to support mum/dad date night once in a while
