Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Ability to lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence
Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills or willing to learn
Demonstrate practical knowledge in delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum and linking to the National Quality Framework
Ability to create and maintain a friendly, secure and stimulation learning environment while fostering strong positive work relationship with your team, families and children
Holds a valid
First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
