We deliver outstanding service to our clients and the Canberra community.As a Sales and Client Services Admin Officer, you'll lead our sales and marketing efforts for residential, industrial, commercial, and community land in the ACT. You'll handle incoming calls, support outgoing calls, manage invoices, engage with stakeholders, manage sales processes, and contribute to our land release program.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting sales and marketing releases and campaigns Providing frontline client services Coordinating with external suppliersTo excel, you need strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced team environments with minimal supervision. Proficiency in IT applications and knowledge of ACT land sales procedures are preferred along with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

High-level skills in the use of IT applications relevant to the sales environment (such as sales databases, records management systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications) and excellent phone skills.Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately to 30 June 2025, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position is designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
