The Role:


Reporting to the Manager Service Partnerships, in this 12-month fixed term opportunity, you will provide administrative support to the Service Partnerships team in Service Delivery who co-deliver projects with councils, agencies and community groups to deliver outstanding waterway, catchment, stormwater and flood management outcomes for the community of greater Melbourne.

This will be achieved through (and not limited to):

  • Supporting the management of successful partnership agreements (including with councils, government agencies and private contractors)
  • Supporting the financial functions of partnership projects (processing invoices & purchase orders)
  • Scheduling meetings with steering and working groups, as well as taking minutes and action tracking
  • Managing internal relationships with teams whose programs contribute to the outcomes of the partnership projects Delivering
- ground research and briefing documents to support the initiation of new partnerships and ongoing management of existing projects.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to demonstrate how to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent organisation skills with ability to support multiple projects
  • Adaptable and able to prioritise own workload
  • Good understanding of financial processes
  • Some familiarity of catchment, flood and/or stormwater management approaches may be advantageous
