Attraction & Recruitment:Oversee frontline talent acquisition to meet staffing needs while following company guidelines
Culture and Engagement:
Initiate and drive a positive culture through engagement, reward and recognition initiatives
Learning and Development:
Bring to life signature Sofitel brand programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
Industrial Relations:
Assist the T&C Manager in developing and maintaining a stable working environment following the guidelines outlined in the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and Industry Awards, where applicable
Talent and Culture Metrics:
Prepare reports and complete checklists as required
General Talent and Culture Duties:
Act as the first point of contact, providing on-going support to colleagues on T&C related matters, policies and procedures.
Workplace Health and Safety (WHS): Ensure health, safety and welfare of all team members is provided through implementation of Accor Health and Safety initiatives and assist in the effective operation of the WH&S Committee.
QualificationsWhat you will bring to the role:Qualification in Human Resources, Business or similar, or relevant experienceAbility to engage well with others, display empathy and maintain confidentialityStrong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication types and build relationships within the HotelHave the drive, discipline and resourcefulness to work independentlySound knowledge of HR processes, including some IR legislation (FairWork, NES)Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteAdditional InformationWhat we offer:
