Endress+Hauser Australia have an exciting role available for a Channel/OEM Manager for our Australian team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Channel/OEM Manager wins, maintains and expands relationships and business with assigned channels and OEM partners.

Role + Responsibilities

  • Is responsible for establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
  • Is required to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Is responsible for ensuring partner compliance with partner agreements and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and proactive brand management via the channels
  • Proactively recruits new qualifying partners where required
  • Contributes to, understands, and communicates E+H Strategy with OEM and Distribution Partners both internally and externally
  • Collaborates with different functions within the E+H organisation to deliver support and collateral material to enable the Partner to deliver E+H messaging, support and Sales to their end customers
  • Is responsible for the management of the contractual agreements and the renewal process for all existing channel and OEM agreements

Qualification + Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar role working with Distribution Channels or within a technical product Distribution Organisation and with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience in working with Senior Managers within Distribution and OEM Organisations
  • Ability to develop and successfully implement account plans, forecasts, reports and call plans
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to make sound commercial decisions and to think outside the box
  • Instrumentation experience and product knowledge, preferably Endress+Hauser
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in electrical or instrumentation disciplines from certificate to degree level
  • English proficiency in verbal, written and intrapersonal situations is a prerequisite for this role
  • Able to confidently present in group settings
  • Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suites and C360 (Salesforce CRM) or similar
  • Experience in managing a team, channel, or managing dotted line stakeholders
