What this opportunity involves:

As a Concierge at 699 Collins St, Melbourne Quarter, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors and tenants. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious development in the heart of Melbourne.

An overview of the role:

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors to the buildings.
  • Offer assistance and direction according to customer needs.
  • Take charge of all Front of House areas to ensure they are presentable at all times and report any issues promptly.
  • Provide guidance and help with local amenities and services.
  • Offer VIP Meet and Greet services, including escorting customers and visitors to the escalators and lifts.
  • Respond to inquiries received by phone or email with the same level of enthusiasm and customer service.
  • Deliver hotel-style concierge and lifestyle services for customers, including arranging transport, making restaurant and event bookings, and managing conference room facilities.
  • Act as the ultimate host/co-host of community engagement events and initiatives, participating in their design, execution, and communication requirements.
  • Collaborate with the CRM to enhance customer relationships proactively.

  • Demonstrate natural initiative and professionalism.

  • Provide exceptional client service and show initiative in delivering customer service excellence.
  • Contribute to customer retention and personal skill enhancement.
  • Must have customer service experience and ability to multitask while maintaining a positive outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Desired experience as a Floor Fire Warden or willingness to be trained.
  • Ability to speak a language other than English is a plus.
  • Desired Certificate Level in Hospitality/Business or willingness to obtain.
  • Desired First Aid Officer certification or willingness to be trained.
