Coatings Applicator position available for the Mornington Peninsula and West Gippsland area.

We are a small family business working within a franchise system to provide a unique service to our clients.

We protect non porous surfaces (glass, frames, flooring, benchtops etc) to new builds with a specialised Australian made and owned product.


We are big believers in family time so our work week is Monday-Friday with full time hours of 38 hours per week.

Weekend work can be mutually agreed upon if requested.

We provide a work vehicle, a work tablet/phone and work materials to you. We work in some wonderful areas and with great people.

We are searching for someone who;

  • Is passionate about the environment and our products. Our products are environmentally friendly, biodegradable and Australian owned and made.
  • Able to work on their own autonomously and in a team environment when required
  • A good communicator to be able to speak with clients and within our team and follow employer requests pertaining to work requirements
  • Has a manual licence and a Construction Induction Card (or able to obtain one)
  • Must be able to complete minor physical work (lifting 20 litre bucket, squatting, reaching, walking, climbing ladders/scaffold).
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • Experience within the building industry preferred but not required. Full training is provided onsite by us and the head office team.
  • The ideal applicant will have a friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to adapt to differing environments.
