About the Role

Lead the business management team of Early Learning Victoria, providing crucial support in recruitment, finance, and administration to the centers. Collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the main link between center staff and Early Learning Victoria for staffing and operational issues
  • Overseeing a team handling recruitment, HR, finance, and other business transactions for the centers
  • Ensuring quality control in HR and finance processes and policies
  • Providing advice to senior management on policy and process improvements as needed
  • Managing the team's administrative portal and system interfaces

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Background in human resources, relationship management, and business systems
  • Knowledge of business management, HR policies, processes, and IT systems
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Understanding of the early childhood sector, preferably with experience in an early learning environment
