Founded in circa 2011, Atomi began with just a few 'how to' maths videos. It turned out that students and teachers really enjoyed our simple, fun and practical style.

We now deliver millions of lessons each year to students around the world, inspiring a love for learning beyond the classroom and empowering students and teachers to work better together.

SO WHAT'S INVOLVED? WE'RE GLAD YOU ASKED.

  • Plan, evolve and implement a unique, clear and compelling digital strategy with a focus on achieving our marketing and business objectives.
  • Use data to extract valuable insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, and assess effectiveness against key performance metrics.
  • Work closely with our internal design studio to develop captivating campaign creative that speaks to our audience personas.
  • Embed a test and learn approach, pitching new and creative growth strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage and track the digital marketing budget

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • A datafirst approach.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • You thrive working in a team environment but are also confident working autonomously.
  • A genuine passion for delighting customers with the ability to empathise and understand their needs.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Confidence in building strong networks and professional relationships.

Bonus points:

  • Experience in the SaaS space.
