Role:


The Administration and Salesforce Support Coordinator at IHC ensures the seamless flow of operations by meticulously managing order administration, maintaining data integrity, and providing critical support in Salesforce and Skedulo tasks.

This role plays a key part in the efficiency of end-of-month processes, supplier management, and overall administrative responsibilities, contributing to the smooth functioning of the team under the guidance of the Team Leader and Operations Manager.


Skills and Experience:

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Office Administration, or qualified by experience.
Proven capability to accurately undertake a variety of administrative tasks.

Excellent attention to detail, working effectively & efficiently to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Ability to use other IT computer systems - Carelink+, Salesforce & Skedulo a strong advantage

Be an effective team player, working effectively & efficiently in a highly interactive team to meet deadlines.

Be responsible & accountable for your own work and without supervision.

Excellent organisation skills and a positive 'can-do' attitude

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
